- Pool or Confined Water Training - 5 modules (can be completed in 1 or 2 days)
- Open Water Training - 4 dives (completed in 2 days, sites vary)

Important:
Please note that learning to scuba dive involves voluntarily answering questions regarding your medical history and health. While most medical conditions do not exclude people from learning to scuba dive, some conditions may require an assessment from a physican. Please review and print off the medical statement prior to any training with us. Should you answer "yes" to any of the questions, approval from a physican to participate in scuba diving activities will be required. Some complex medical situations may require an assessment by an approved hyperbaric (diving) physican. Please contact us should you have any questions regarding your medical situation. All medical statements/conditions are strictly private and confidential and are not shared with any third parties unless authorized. The medical statement form must be completed and submitted to us prior to any in-water training. By not disclosing an accurate medical statement, your safety while participating in scuba diving activities may be at risk. It is the candidates responsibility to fill out the medical statement accurately and update us with any changes that occur in your medical status prior to or during any scuba related training.
